2017 is going to be an interesting year when we will get further direction and insight in to Brexit. Export is going to continue to be an area for growth, so how will the food sector react?
Food manufacturers face four key challenges – with the need to boost productivity topping the list – according to Tim Render, director of food and farming, at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA).
