There is great uncertainty around the status of EU workers that live and work in the UK today as well as our ability to attract talent in a post Brexit world.  The challenge for employers today is how to build brand awareness for how they will engage with the wider talent audiences and maintain their attractiveness as a potential employer.  Silence allows the headlines to dominate the candidates thinking whereas a well planned communication and consistent messaging around their approach to international talent will allow the jobseekers to know the truth.
