I'm often asked "What would be a good Recruitment sector to start in", and Nursing and Care have always been high on the list.  

That said, unless you're able to support one of the most heavily legislated sectors with speed, compliance and foresight, frankly in today's world, I'd think twice.

You'll need more than luck and enthusiasm to make it Recruiting for the NHS, you need a proven and professional technology partner, and you'd also better be Very Darn Quick at Recruiting too!  (VDQ!)
